Weather Update
Sunday will be hot and humid with highs in the 90s and heat index values from the upper 90s to around 106. A cold front will arrive in the afternoon, bringing scattered thunderstorms to the region. Some storms may contain damaging winds and hail.

Lipan Assist
Tolar VFD assisted Lipan VFD with a wind driven house fire yesterday. The house was a total loss.

Palo Pinto Fires
The needs of the firefighters fighting the Palo Pinto fires have been met. Thank you for your generosity. The fire is now contained and should be declared "OUT" today (28th). Once again, thank you for your support.
